How to Access Wholesale Catalog and How to Order
To see wholesale items and their prices, and to place an order,

 |
(Step 1) Registration for Wholesale Account |
Please send your business information to us by email. Click on the button
"Registration".
Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Business Licence is required. |
| (Step 2) Receiving Access Codes (User ID & Password) |
After registration, you will receive Access Codes from us by email.
Access Codes are updated from time to time and you will be informed by
email in advance. |
| (Step 3) Log-in to Wholesale Online Catalog |
Click on the button "Wholesale Catalog". Then you will be required
to input Access Codes.
If you input them successfully, then you can reach our Wholesale Online
Catalog. |
| (Step 4) Ordering |
You can place an order online after selecting your items. Visa and MasterCard
credit card are acceptable.
If you would like to order not online but offline (by mail), Money orders,
Cashier checks, or Personal checks are acceptable. Please make checks payable
to EmmaCreation Craft Gala, Inc.
You will not be charged Sales Tax if you have a valid Resale Certificate
and have a whole sale account on our site.
Actual shipping cost will be added to your order amount.
If you would like to cancel your order, written notice of cancellation
should be sent to us with order number by email, by fax or by mail. Telephone
call is not accepted. Before shipping from Japan, you can cancel your order
at any time without any fees. However, once your order is shipped from
Japan, a shipping fee, a handling fee and other expenses caused by your
cancellation will be charged.

| Shipping Information |
Shipping time is 2-3 weeks (mostly 10 business days) after receiving your order because all items are imported from Japan. If all ordered items are in stock, we will be able to ship in 2-3 business days. Usually, we use Priority Mail of United States Postal Service (USPS). We can also use UPS upon your request.
